Charter Communications through Spectrum is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Specialist to promote and sell our products and services at store locations. The role focuses on enhancing customer experiences, meeting sales and service goals, and building long-term relationships with customers.

Base pay ranges from $18.00 to $29.52 per hour with incentives. A commission earnings target begins at $7,300, and performance-driven pay is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.

• Enhancing the customer experience while meeting sales, service, and operational goals.

• Maintaining knowledge of Spectrum products, pricing, promotions and visual standards, while minimizing product losses.
• Ensuring a welcoming store atmosphere, delivering a clean retail experience, effective communication, policy adherence, issue resolution and participating in training programs.
