Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• Comfort with personal technology including mobile devices and video platforms and proficiency in computer applications.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks and handle change effectively.
• Familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments.
• Strong performance in a fast-paced team environment.
• Effective communication with employees and customers in person, on the phone and in writing.
• Highly effective interpersonal skills for building partnerships across the organization.
• Self-motivated, competitive spirit with a desire to exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Spectrum products and services to existing and new customers.
• Enhance the customer experience while meeting sales, service, and operational goals.
• Identify sales opportunities and educate customers through product support.
• Maintain knowledge of Spectrum products, pricing, promotions and visual standards.
• Build positive customer relationships, listen effectively, and overcome objections while reselling value.
• Ensure a welcoming store atmosphere, maintain a clean retail experience, adhere to policy, resolve issues and participate in training.
