Job summary

Spectrum in Texas is hiring Retail Sales Specialists to promote and sell our portfolio of products and services to existing and new customers. You’ll be the face of Spectrum, driving sales while delivering outstanding customer care in-store.

The role emphasizes identifying sales opportunities, educating customers about products, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge on pricing and promotions. A high school diploma is required, with 1–5 years of sales/customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• High comfort level with personal technology, including mobile devices and video platforms; proficient in computer applications.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks and handle change effectively.
• Familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments.
• Strong performance in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Spectrum products and services to both existing and new customers.
• Enhance the customer experience and foster exceptional customer care at each store location.
• Identify sales opportunities and educate customers to resell the value of Spectrum offerings.
• Maintain knowledge of Spectrum products, pricing, promotions and visual standards.
• Deliver a welcoming store atmosphere, ensure a clean retail experience, and adhere to policies.
