Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of relevant experience demonstrated via work or military service
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays with four weeks' scheduling notice
• Open to additional shifts during peak periods to increase income

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales through passion for technology and customer service
• Learn customer needs by building connections and asking questions
• Present product insights and top-down solutions to customers
• Close sales with strong communication to meet needs with simple tech
• Grow through ongoing training and upsell across merchandising/inventory
• Reach current Verizon customers with outbound calls/texts for product offers
• Engage with the community via off-site events to expand the customer base
