Qualifications

• Minimum 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short‑term loan services by explaining terms and completing paperwork.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including opening/closing tasks.
