Job summary

FirstCash, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Retail Sales Associate in Anchorage, Alaska. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service while assisting with sales and loan transactions in our pawn store locations.

With an hourly wage ranging from $14.50 to $17.50, plus commission, you have the potential to earn additional income based on performance. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• Strong desire to work, serve customers, collaborate, and be team-oriented.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with customers to build rapport.
• Processes sales and loan transactions according to policies.
• Maintains the sales floor, keeping it clean and stocked.
• Communicates legal aspects of transactions to customers.
• Successfully completes assigned training.
