You will greet customers, explain terms, manage paperwork, and maintain an inviting sales floor while ensuring accuracy in transactions. The role offers $16.00–$19.00 per hour plus unlimited commission, with a schedule that accommodates weekends and essential holidays.

Formación

• Must be 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms and completing paperwork
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Complete required training and follow company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
