Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. in Pensacola, FL is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our pawn store team. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and help with merchandise while earning an $14.00–$17.00 hourly wage plus commission.

We offer Earned Wage Access, unlimited commission, employee discounts, and access to FirstCash Perks; stores typically operate 9 AM–6 PM with some weekend hours. Training provided; 401(k) available after six months.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends/holidays.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers to provide and recommend financial solutions.
• Perform non-management open/close procedures.
• Keep sales floor clean, stocked, and merchandise displayed.
• Handle sales and loan transactions per policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage cash and negotiable items per policies and procedures.
• Answer incoming calls per company standards.
• Communicate legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Collaborate with coworkers to create a positive customer experience.
• Complete training and perform other related duties as assigned.
