The role offers base pay plus commissions, with potential to earn a total compensation of $65,000 to $75,500 annually, depending on geography, hours, and performance. Start date and location vary by site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One or more years of experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known four weeks in advance).

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by leveraging passion for technology and customer service.
• Learn customer needs by asking questions and building connections.
• Recommend product insights and complete top-down sales solutions.
• Close sales with strong communication and customer-focused approach.
• Participate in ongoing training and upsell in merchandising and inventory.
• Reach current Verizon customers through calls or texts to grow base.
• Engage with the community at Verizon-sponsored events.
