Spectrum is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist in California to promote and sell Spectrum products and services to customers in-store. You will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer care and helping customers select the right solutions.

The role requires strong cash handling, basic math, and a comfort with technology. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and incentives accompany the base pay, with opportunities to earn through commissions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
