DSI is hiring Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T in a store-within-a-store setting in Ankeny, Iowa. You will engage customers, educate them on wireless products, and close sales in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a high-traffic retail environment.
• Able to stand and walk 8+ hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a busy retail setting.
• Identify customer needs via consultative selling and listening.
• Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, plans, devices.
• Drive sales by meeting/exceeding targets.
• Process transactions and activate plans accurately.
• Maintain product knowledge and recommend solutions.
• Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
