DSI invites you to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate to represent AT&T inside a store-within-a-store setting. You will engage customers, learn products, and work toward sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail environment.
• Able to stand and walk for 8+ hours.
• Goal-oriented with a drive to meet sales targets.
• Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, tablets).
• Weekend availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a busy retail environment.
• Identify customer needs through consultative selling and listening.
• Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, devices, plans, and services.
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding targets.
• Process transactions and activate service plans.
• Maintain product knowledge and brand standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service before, during and after the sale.
• Collaborate with team to maximize store performance.
