DSI is hiring energetic Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T inside a store-within-a-store setting in Albuquerque. You will engage customers, educate them on wireless products, and close sales to meet and exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a busy retail environment.
• Identify customer needs through consultative selling and active listening.
• Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, devices, plans and services.
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding targets.
• Process transactions and activate service plans accurately.
• Maintain product knowledge and brand standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service before, during and after the sale.
• Collaborate with team to maximize store performance.
