Spectrum is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist in Charlotte, NC to be the face of the brand, promoting Spectrum products and services to current and new customers. You will enhance the customer experience and support sales, service, and store operations.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong cash handling, comfort with technology, and excellent communication. A flexible schedule and the ability to stand and lift up to 35 lbs are expected.
