Staples in Greenwich, CT is seeking a Print Supervisor to lead a team in delivering total print solutions for customers. This full-time role focuses on sales, service, and community engagement within a fun, team-oriented retail culture.

Qualifications

• Experience directing a team and/or supervising others.
• Basic computer skills to open, save and send electronic files, email, and use Microsoft Word.

Print Supervisors direct a team in driving results for key metrics by selling and providing total print solutions for customers to help them achieve their print and marketing goals. You will also be collaborative and inclusive in helping our customers while being part of a fun, team-oriented retail culture.

Experience overcoming objection and engaging with customers to understand their needs

Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment

Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner

Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information

Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
