Staples, Inc. in Lake Forest, CA, is seeking a Print Supervisor to lead a team in selling and delivering total print solutions that support customers' marketing goals. You will foster a collaborative, high-energy store culture and help drive results.

You will connect with customers, coach staff on consultative selling, and leverage Salesforce.com to grow customer relationships and ensure exceptional service. Immediate hiring and ongoing development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule based on store needs.
• Experience directing a team and/or supervising others while managing many priorities.
• Basic computer skills to open, save and send electronic files, email, and use Microsoft Word (or similar programs).
• Attention to detail and keen eye for noticing quality issues.
• Experience overcoming objection and engaging with customers to understand their needs.
• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced environment.
• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational manner.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously.
