Job summary

Staples in Florida is seeking a Print Supervisor to lead a team in selling total print solutions and delivering exceptional customer service. The role offers full-time hours, benefits, and a collaborative, fast-paced retail culture.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, driving sales and margin, and using Salesforce to manage customer relationships. Flexibility and willingness to perform additional duties are required.

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs.
• Experience directing a team and/or supervising others while managing many priorities.
• Basic computer skills to open, save and send electronic files, email, and use Microsoft Word (or similar programs).
• Attention to detail and keen eye for quality issues.
• Experience overcoming objection and engaging with customers to understand their needs.
• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced environment.
• Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational manner.
• Integrity when handling customer and business information.
• Ability to lift/move 10–50 pounds, climb ladders, stand and walk.
