Job summary

Staples in East Point, GA is seeking Print Supervisors to lead a team and drive results by selling total print solutions for business and marketing goals. You will foster a collaborative, customer-focused store culture and support ongoing training.

You will connect with customers, build relationships, coach associates in exceptional service and consultative selling, and manage operations to maximize profitability while ensuring quality and community engagement. Staples does not sponsor visas.

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs.
• Experience directing a team and supervising others while managing many priorities.
• Basic computer skills to open, save and send electronic files, email, and use Microsoft Word (or similar programs).
• Attention to detail and keen eye for noticing quality issues.
• Experience overcoming objection and engaging with customers to understand their needs.
• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner.
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously.
