Job summary

Staples is hiring a Print Supervisor to lead a team in delivering total print and marketing solutions for customers in a fast-paced store environment. You will coach staff, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service while promoting a collaborative, inclusive culture.

You will partner with store leadership to meet metrics, manage daily operations, and leverage in-store and online offers. This role includes a focus on quality and community engagement in a retail setting.

• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned

Essential Skills And Experience

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs
• Experience directing a team and/or supervising others while managing many priorities
• Basic computer skills to open, save and send electronic files, email, and use Microsoft Word (or similar programs)
• Attention to detail and keen eye for noticing quality issues
• Experience overcoming objection and engaging with customers to understand their needs
• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment
• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
