Staples is seeking Print Supervisors to manage a team delivering total print and marketing solutions in-store. You'll connect with customers, drive sales, and coach associates to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will use Salesforce.com to manage customer relationships and contribute to operational excellence while maintaining a welcoming, community-focused store environment.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule required to meet store needs.
• Experience directing a team and supervising multiple priorities.
• Basic computer skills: email, word processing and file handling.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality issues.
• Experience in customer engagement and consultative selling.

Essential Skills And Experience

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs
• Experience directing a team and/or supervising others while managing many priorities
• Basic computer skills to open, save and send electronic files, email, and use Microsoft Word (or similar programs)
• Attention to detail and keen eye for noticing quality issues
• Experience overcoming objection and engaging with customers to understand their needs
• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment
• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
