Staples is seeking Print Supervisors to lead a team that delivers total print and marketing solutions, driving customer satisfaction and community engagement. The role emphasizes coaching staff, collaborative selling, and building lasting customer relationships in a fast-paced retail environment.

Print Supervisors direct a team in driving results for key metrics by selling and providing total print solutions for customers to help them achieve their print and marketing goals. Essential skills and experience:

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs

• Experience directing a team and/or supervising others while managing many priorities

• Basic computer skills to open, save and send electronic files, email, and use Microsoft Word (or similar programs)

• Attention to detail and keen eye for noticing quality issues

• Experience overcoming objection and engaging with customers to understand their needs

• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment

• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner

• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information

• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
