Job summary

Staples, Inc. is seeking Print Supervisors to lead a team in delivering total print and marketing solutions for customers in a fast-paced retail environment. You will build relationships, drive sales, and ensure high service levels while maintaining store operations.

The role emphasizes collaboration, customer engagement, and problem-solving to provide value-added print solutions. Physical stamina is required to lift/move materials, and overtime or flexible scheduling may be needed within a

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule based on store needs.
• Experience directing a team and/or supervising others while managing many priorities.
• Basic computer skills to open, save and send electronic files, email, and use Microsoft Word (or similar programs).
• Attention to detail and keen eye for noticing quality issues.
• Experience overcoming objection and engaging with customers to understand their needs.
• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner.
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously.

• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned.
