Job summary

Staples in Mayfield Heights, OH is seeking a Print Supervisor to lead a team in selling and delivering total print solutions, helping customers achieve print and marketing goals. You will build relationships, coach staff, and ensure excellent service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll manage customer inquiries, leverage Salesforce.com to nurture accounts, contribute to store performance, and participate in a comprehensive benefits package including weekly pay and career development.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule based on the store’s needs.
• Experience directing a team and/or supervising others while managing many priorities.
• Basic computer skills to open, save and send electronic files, email, and use Microsoft Word (or similar programs).
• Attention to detail and keen eye for noticing quality issues.
• Experience overcoming objection and engaging with customers to understand their needs.
• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner.
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously.

• Leverage Salesforce.com to actively manage customers through in-store engagement and proactive outreach to grow relationships.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned.
