Staples, Inc. in Bryn Mawr is seeking Print Supervisors to lead a small team and drive key print and marketing solutions for customers. You will engage shoppers, coach associates, and ensure a high standard of service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, consultative selling, and using in-store tools to grow sales. You will manage daily operations, support scheduling, and participate in the career development of team members while delivering total print

• Basic computer skills to open, save and send electronic files, email, and use Microsoft Word (or similar programs).

• Attention to detail and keen eye for noticing quality issues

• Experience overcoming objection and engaging with customers to understand their needs

• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment

• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner

• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information

• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
