Staples in Charlottesville, VA seeks a Print Supervisor to lead a team delivering total print solutions. You will engage customers, foster relationships, coach staff and ensure operational excellence to drive profitable sales. The role emphasizes collaboration, problem solving and a strong service mindset.

You’ll leverage in-store technology and stay adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment, supporting store goals and community involvement. Immediate hiring and interviews may be scheduled.

Essential Skills And Experience

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs
• Experience directing a team and/or supervising others while managing many priorities
• Basic computer skills to open, save and send electronic files, email, and use Microsoft Word (or similar programs)
• Attention to detail and keen eye for noticing quality issues
• Experience overcoming objection and engaging with customers to understand their needs
• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment
• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
