Job summary

Staples, Inc. in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho is seeking Print Supervisors to lead a team in selling total print solutions and helping customers achieve their print and marketing goals.

You will be part of a friendly, team-oriented retail culture and will have opportunities for in-person interviews after applying. Responsibilities include building relationships with customers, driving engagement, coaching staff in service and total solutions, and leveraging Salesforce.com for customer management.

Qualifications

• Experience directing a team and supervising others while managing many priorities.
• Basic computer skills to open, save and send electronic files, email, and use Microsoft Word or similar programs.
• Attention to detail and keen eye for quality issues.
• Ability to collaborate and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience overcoming objections and engaging with customers to understand needs.
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.

• Consult with customers, ask open-ended questions to offer appropriate options and deliver a total print solution to drive sales and dollars per transaction.
• Leverage Salesforce.com to actively manage customers through in-store engagement and proactive outreach to grow relationships.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned.
