Job summary

Staples in the United States is seeking a Print Supervisors to lead a team in selling and delivering total print solutions, helping customers achieve their print and marketing goals. You’ll be part of a fun, team-oriented retail culture with immediate hiring.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, driving sales and margin, and using Salesforce to manage customer relationships. Flexibility in scheduling and strong collaboration are required.

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs.
• Experience directing a team and/or supervising others while managing many priorities.
• Basic computer skills to open, save and send electronic files, email, and use Microsoft Word (or similar programs)
• Attention to detail and keen eye for noticing quality issues
• Experience overcoming objection and engaging with customers to understand their needs
• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment
• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
