Your Day at Lowe's

As a Customer Service Associate, you will welcome customers, assist them in finding products, handle merchandise, and ensure customer needs are met. Responsibilities vary by department, including Appliances, Hardware, Tools, Plumbing, Electrical, and more.

Key Responsibilities

1. Welcome customers, answer questions, and deliver excellent service.
2. Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
3. Restock shelves and replenish supplies.
4. Process orders and deliveries accurately.
5. Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service.
6. Prepare merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint paint, cut wood).
7. Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

1. 6 months of experience with computers (input, access, modify, output).
2. 6 months of experience with retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
3. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
4. Ability to stand, sit, and perform physical activities as needed.
5. Ability to lift at least 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Preferred Qualifications

1. 6 months of retail and/or customer service experience.
2. Bilingual skills.
3. Trade certifications relevant to the department.
