Your Day at Lowe's
As a Customer Service Associate, you will welcome customers, assist in product location, handle merchandise, process orders, and ensure customer needs are met across various departments like Appliances, Hardware, Tools, etc. Responsibilities include greeting customers, helping locate products, restocking shelves, processing transactions, and supporting other store functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, answer questions, and provide friendly service.
• Assist with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Train in other store areas to enhance customer service.
• Prepare merchandise based on customer needs.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6 months experience with computers and retail technology.
