Your Day at Lowe's

As a Customer Service Associate, you will welcome customers, help them find products, load merchandise, and ensure all customer needs are met. Your responsibilities may vary by department, which include Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, or Pro Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, answer questions, and provide friendly service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Replenish stock by organizing shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service.
• Prepare merchandise based on customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping and checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6 months experience with computers (input, access, modify, output information).
• 6 months experience with retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform activities for extended periods.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with assistance.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months retail and/or customer service experience.
• Bilingual skills.
• Trade certifications relevant to the department.

Travel Requirements

This role does not require regular travel but may occasionally involve travel for meetings or training.

Working Conditions
