Job summary

Macy’s is seeking a Vendor Paid Merchandise Selling Support Colleague to assist customers with product selection and maintain merchandise standards on the selling floor. You will be the product expert for the vendor funding you, delivering a memorable customer experience and a neat, organized shopping environment.

• Promote events and merchandise assortments on the selling floor.
• Keep fitting rooms customer-ready and return merch to correct area.
• Deliver friendly, helpful customer experiences.
• Drive department goals by Macy's initiatives to boost sales.
• Communicate with vendors and managers for sales and promotions support.
• Follow safety and security policies.
• Complete other customer-facing tasks as needed.
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.
