Responsibilities

• Promote events and merchandise assortments on the selling floor.
• Ensure fitting rooms are ready by clearing merchandise and returning it appropriately.
• Exhibit friendly, helpful customer service expectations.
• Drive department goals by executing Macy's initiatives to boost sales.
• Coordinate with vendors and store leadership for promotions and support.
