Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (18+ depending on role requirements)
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards

Responsibilities

• Keep shelves stocked and displays clean, organized and easy to shop
• Assist customers with locating items and answer questions
• Maintain backroom organization and ensure pricing/signage is up to date
• Rotate products and monitor inventory levels across departments
• Move between tasks and departments to support store operations
