Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Retail Sales and Store Support teammate to help keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You will assist customers, locate items, and maintain engaging displays across departments.

The role involves stocking shelves, updating signage, and ensuring pricing accuracy while delivering friendly service in a fast-paced environment. You will work across backrooms and storefronts, manage inventory, and operate equipment safely.

Qualifications

• Must meet age requirements (16+ or 18+ depending on role).
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

Responsibilities

• Keep store clean, organized, and easy to shop.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, update pricing/signage, and maintain backroom organization.
• Assist customers and help locate items across departments.
• Maintain display standards and ensure product availability throughout the day.
• Handle inventory with attention to accuracy and restocking needs.
• Operate equipment safely (pallet jacks, box cutters, handheld devices).
• Move between tasks and departments as priorities shift.
