Job summary

PUMA North America, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused Retail Associate to join our Orlando store. You will deliver exceptional service, process transactions at checkout, and help maintain the store's visual standards.

With at least 1 year in retail, you will work as part of a team to hit sales KPIs, manage stock and inventory, and support incoming merchandise. This part-time role requires flexibility for weekends, evenings and holidays, with base pay $15–$18 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment or related role.
• Strong team player with good communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office knowledge.
• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 30 pounds and stand/walk.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of customer service at checkout and in-store.
• Achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability targets.
• Process sales transactions accurately and securely at checkout.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with incoming/outgoing merchandise and stock control.
• Support inventory counts and product availability.
• Comply with all policies and maintain a safe environment.
• Work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
