C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is hiring a Retail Sales Merchandiser to cover Hyannis, MA and surrounding areas. The role focuses on keeping shelves stocked and displays up to date, ensuring products are available to customers at local grocery stores.

The position offers a 5-day work week with flexible start times and travel to stores within the territory. Paid training, weekly pay, and benefits begin from day one are included.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division of whole numbers.
• Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations and respond promptly to customer needs.
• Willingness to solicit customer feedback to improve service.
• Clear and persuasive communication in positive or negative situations.
• Ability to read and interpret written information and comprehend simple instructions.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to local grocery stores and supermarkets in an assigned territory.
• Assist with new display setups and resetting existing displays of product.
• Pack out grocery orders when needed.
• Follow planograms to adjust shelves and move inventory accordingly.
• Clean, straighten, and organize shelves.
• Remain accountable for completing work by assigned due dates.

As a Retail Sales Merchandiser with Davidson Specialty Foods, you will become a key part of ensuring that local grocery stores have stocked shelves and can continue to supply their consumers.

Job Description

• Pay - $20 - $22.50/hr

• Job Type - Full-time

• Territory – Hyannis, MA - Barnstable, MA, Falmouth, MA, Orleans, MA

Schedule

• 5-day work week- (flexibility needed, Weekends/Holidays)

• Flex start (7:00am - 3:30pm; 8:00am - 4:00pm; 9:00am - 5:00pm)

You will contribute by:

• Traveling daily to local grocery stores and supermarkets in an assigned territory

• Assisting with new display setups and resetting existing displays of product

• Packing out grocery orders when needed

• Following planograms to adjust shelves and move inventory accordingly

• Cleaning, straightening, and organizing shelves

• Remaining accountable to completion of work by assigned due dates

• The nature of the role requires transportation to get to and from work
