Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a full-time Territory Associate to travel daily to local grocery stores across an assigned territory in the United States. The role pays $20.00–$22.50 per hour and requires flexibility for weekends and holidays with a 5-day work week.

Responsibilities include assisting with in-store displays, packing orders when needed, and following planograms to adjust shelves. Benefits and paid training are provided, with travel and mileage reimbursement available.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of whole numbers.
• Ability to manage difficult customer situations and respond promptly to needs.
• Willingness to solicit customer feedback to improve service.
• Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Ability to read and interpret written information and follow simple instructions.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to local grocery stores and supermarkets in assigned territory.
• Assist with new display setups and reset existing displays.
• Pack out grocery orders when needed and follow planograms to adjust shelves.
• Clean, straighten, and organize shelves and meet due dates.

Territory – Hyannis, MA - Barnstable, MA, Falmouth, MA, Orleans, MA

Schedule 5-day work week- (flexibility needed, Weekends/Holidays) Flex start (7:00am - 3:30pm; 8:00am - 4:00pm; 9:00am - 5:00pm)

You will contribute by: Traveling daily to local grocery stores and supermarkets in an assigned territory Assisting with new display setups and resetting existing displays of product Packing out grocery orders when needed Following planograms to adjust shelves and move inventory accordingly Cleaning, straightening, and organizing shelves Remaining accountable to completion of work by assigned due dates The nature of the role requires transportation to get to and from work Travel/Mobility: Yes
