Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Territory Associate to travel daily to local grocery stores and supermarkets within the Hyannis, MA area, assisting with display setup and inventory moves. The role offers pay $20–$22.50 per hour, 5-day work week with flexible start times, travel/mileage reimbursement, tuition and health benefits from day one, and opportunities for career progression.

• Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of whole numbers.
• Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations and respond promptly to customer needs.
• Willingness to solicit customer feedback to improve service.
• Communication skills, including speaking clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.
• Capability to read and interpret written information and comprehend simple instructions.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to local grocery stores and supermarkets in an assigned territory.
• Assist with new display setups and resetting existing displays of product.
• Pack out grocery orders when needed and follow planograms to adjust shelves and move inventory.
• Clean, straighten, and organize shelves; ensure timely completion of tasks.

Territory – Hyannis, MA - Barnstable, MA, Falmouth, MA, Orleans, MA

Schedule 5-day work week- (flexibility needed, Weekends/Holidays) Flex start (7:00am - 3:30pm; 8:00am - 4:00pm; 9:00am - 5:00pm)

You will contribute by: Traveling daily to local grocery stores and supermarkets in an assigned territory Assisting with new display setups and resetting existing displays of product Packing out grocery orders when needed Following planograms to adjust shelves and move inventory accordingly Cleaning, straightening, and organizing shelves Remaining accountable to completion of work by assigned due dates The nature of the role requires transportation to get to and from work Travel/Mobility: Yes
