Job summary

Aaron’s, Inc. in Bend, OR is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue and deliver exceptional customer service. You will generate leads, close leases, process renewals, and ensure showroom merchandise is well presented.

This role offers an hourly base with incentive pay based on performance, plus benefits and career growth opportunities. You will lead a small team, set sales goals, and collaborate with the General Manager to keep store operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ in US locations (18+ in Canada).
• Valid state driver’s license and comply with Driver Qualification Policy (MVR).
• DOT certification if required in location.
• Schedule varies 9:00 am – 8:00 pm.
• Lift up to 50 lbs on your own and up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting customer and vendor relationships.
• Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate service logs and communicate with service providers and customers.
• Assist General Manager with operational functions.
• Assist with deliveries when a driver is unavailable.
