Job summary

Aaron's Sales And Leasing in Bend, OR is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the store’s customer engagement and drive lease agreements. The role includes generating leads, processing renewals, and maintaining showroom merchandising.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old for US positions.
• Requires a valid state driver’s license and compliance with MVR.
• Must be able to be DOT certified, if required in location of position.
• Able to work hours 9:00 am–8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. alone and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting customer and vendor relationships.
• Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate service logs and communicate with service providers and customers.
• Assist General Manager with operational functions.
• Assist with deliveries when a driver is not available.
