What You'll Do:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve success.
• Partner with the Store Manager to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and courteously.
• Train, coach, and develop new sales associates.
• Manage store metrics, including sales, inventory, and safety standards.
• Collaborate on merchandising, delivery, and operational processes.

Location: Francisco Blvd. W, San Rafael, CA

Job Type: Full time - Non-Exempt/Hourly

Training Rate: For the first 3 months, $1,600 to $1,760 per bi-weekly pay period while training!

Post Training Rate: Then a continuous base wage of $18.70, PLUS uncapped commission, PLUS percentage of store sales!
