At Be Marketable, we pride ourselves on operating as a trusted extension of our clients’ marketing teams. Our in-house Retail Sales team works directly with leading brands like AT&T, delivering top-tier customer engagement and sales support across retail locations in the Chicagoland Area.

Our team combines strategic insight with hands-on experience to design and execute in-store sales campaigns that boost customer enrollment and brand loyalty. With deep industry knowledge and a commitment to excellence, we turn customer interactions into long-term brand relationships.

We’re seeking an ambitious and driven Retail Sales Manager to lead our in-store efforts. This role focuses on customer interaction, brand representation, and sales leadership—and is a great opportunity for professionals who thrive in retail environments and are passionate about results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the AT&T brand inside major retail stores, driving interest and enrollments.
  • Engage face-to-face with customers to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Lead customers through the product enrollment process with professionalism and clarity.
  • Maintain an inviting, well-organized retail space that reflects the AT&T brand standard.
  • Stay up to date on the full suite of AT&T products, services, and current promotions.
  • Monitor and report key sales data and customer feedback to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is preferred but not required.
  • Prior experience in retail marketing, brand representation, or customer-facing roles is highly valued.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Confident communicator with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment.
  • Must be available for full-time work (40 hours/week), including weekends.
