Job summary

Action Pawn in Killeen, TX is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate who is customer-focused and excited by a mix of merchandise, loans, and sales. You’ll greet customers, explain terms, complete paperwork, and ensure a smooth, friendly shopping and service experience.

Earn $11.00–$14.00 per hour plus unlimited commission (2–8% based on performance). Flexible weekends, Earned Wage Access, employee discounts, and a 401(k) plan are available, with stores typically open 9AM–6PM.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused sales experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Complete required training and follow company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
