Job summary

Cash America Pawn in Fort Worth, TX is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate. You will greet customers, assist with sales, loans, and product inquiries, and help ensure a smooth customer experience while adhering to company policies.

Earn $10–$14 per hour plus commission up to 8%, with benefits including Earned Wage Access after day 2, employee discounts, and standard medical/dental/vision/life benefits. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older with HS diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable handling a variety of merchandise, firearms in FFL locations (certification provided).
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Explain pawn and short-term loan terms and complete paperwork.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately per guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise condition and value for buying/selling/loans.
• Maintain a clean sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including opening/closing tasks.
• Complete training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
