FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate in a customer‑focused role at Cash America Pawn. You will greet customers, assist with sales and pawn activities, and process transactions with accuracy.

The job includes commission opportunities on top of hourly pay and benefits coverage. We offer competitive hours, wage access after day 2, employee discounts, and a benefits package. You will help maintain a welcoming sales floor, handle cash, and support store operations

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Firearms in FFL locations; certification provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
