Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our Cash America Pawn team. You’ll greet customers, explain loan terms, process sales, and help customers find merchandise while delivering friendly, fast service.

This role offers hourly pay plus commission, flexible weekend hours, earned wage access after day 2, and employee discounts from day one. If you value teamwork and helping customers in a fast-paced pawn shop environment, we’d like to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Firearms in FFL locations; certification provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms and completing paperwork.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
