Job summary

Buckle at Battlefield Mall in Springfield, MO, is seeking a Sales and Management Intern to support store operations and guest experience under the guidance of the Store Manager.

This internship offers hands-on learning in customer service, product knowledge, and leadership development, with opportunities for weekly progress reporting, merchandising duties, and participation in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a four-year degree or higher in progress (no prior experience required).
• Willingness to learn store operations and customer service best practices.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store products and merchandise.
• Recommend and locate merchandise based on Guest needs and desires.
• Assist Guests with fitting and wardrobe planning.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to customers and teammates.
• Keep up-to-date on promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals and contribute to store targets.
• Support store operations, including checkout, alterations, and maintenance.
