Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Sales and Management Intern at our Roseville store in Minnesota. The role supports store management with sales, merchandising and daily operations, helping you learn Buckle’s retail business and what it takes to excel in leadership.

You will assist with cashiering, display, and routine tasks, work closely with the Store Manager, and gain hands-on experience in guest service, inventory and teamwork. Pay ranges from $16 to $17 per hour for part-time, on-site employment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• No prior experience required.
• Interest in long-term Buckle internship.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide legendary service.
• Assist with merchandising and store displays.
