Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Sales and Management Intern in Minnesota to help deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will perform sales, merchandising, and routine store tasks while working closely with the Store Manager to understand Buckle's retail business and leadership paths.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or equivalent; no prior experience required.
• Interest in retail, sales, merchandising, or management.
• Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise; assist guests in locating items.
• Assist with merchandising, cashiering, and store operations under supervision.
• Support the Store Manager in learning Buckle's retail business and management pathways.
