Job summary

Buckle in Coralville, IA is seeking a Sales and Management Intern to support customer service, merchandising, and store operations. Work closely with the Store Manager to learn Buckle’s retail business and develop leadership skills while delivering a high-quality guest experience.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with product knowledge, processing transactions, preparing merchandise for display, and participating in internship projects and weekly progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree at a four-year college or university.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise; assist guests in locating items.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Assist with product demonstrations, fittings, and preparing merchandise for display or alteration.
